Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain smooth and efficient operations in wine zone for all Duty Zero Stores
• Understand guests’ needs and deliver excellent service and professional recommendation.
• Interact with customer at wine & VIP zone, explore and enhance long term relationship with customers.
• Replenish wine stock in VIP lounge in reference to trend and daily sales.
• Monitor the proper storage, aging rotation and temperature of all stock in beverage storeroom in a daily basis.
• Conduct wine marketing analysis regularly and provide recommendation.
• Provide on and off job training to sales team in all aspects of the beverage service and knowledge.
• Work closely with operations and merchandising team, provide recommendation to improve wine sales performance.
• Support daily store operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' working experience in a trendy upscale bar /restaurant/ retail stores
• WSET Level 3 is required and certificate in recognized sommelier programme or other advanced level of wine knowledge will be an advantage.
• Guest oriented and a good team player.
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Pleasant, proactive and customer-oriented with good manners
• Candidates with less experienced will consider as Assistant Sommelier
• Work in retail stores
• 5 days work per week from 10am to 7pm, need to work on weekend
