Oversee daily operations related to facility issues (cleaning, security, maintenance) and manage alterations and additions to the facilities.
Monitor and coordinate outsourced contractors for services such as air-conditioning, fire safety, electricity, cleaning and security.
Provide guidance to in-house technicians for routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
Assist in preparing procurement documentation and regular reports (quotations, purchase orders, incident reports, etc).
Handle urgent and emergency incidents effectively.
Perform any additional projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Recognized diploma/higher diploma, preferably in Administration Management or related fields;
Minimum 1 years’ relevant work experience;
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities;
Proficiency in MS Office;
Good command in English and Chinese;
Proactive, Independent, Responsible
