Responsibilities:

• Operate the doors and greet and bid farewell to all arriving and departing customer and be helpful to customer
• Handle all guest luggage with care and efficiency
• Deliver newspapers / messages / packages and other miscellaneous items to/from the guest rooms
• Perform errands outside of the hotel on behalf of guests
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the superiors

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcomed
• Passionate and service oriented
• Good communications skills and telephone skills
• Possess valid Hong Kong driving license Type 1, holder of driving license Type 2 will be an advantage
