Responsibilities:

• Inform, discuss all outstanding issues, highlight guests' special requests, etc. for all agents to take note at the start of the shift
• Spend time in Front Office areas during peak periods to ensure that the area is managed well by the respective team
• Assist in greeting and checking-in VIP and Long Stay guests
• Generate the maximum revenue by controlling the “On-Day” room reservations and cancellations
• Lead Emergency Response Team to handle hotel emergency case at night such as fire alarm, bomb threat etc. and report to hotel management
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the superiors

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of Front Office working experience in an international hotel environment and 2 years in Duty Manager Position
• Knowledge about MS office
• Familiar with PMS
• Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken English and Chinese, other language is an advantage
• Superior guest resolution and problem solving abilities are required
• Service-oriented and able to work in a face-paced and dynamic operation
