Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and monitoring the traffic, logistics and security provisions of AsiaWorld-Expo (AWE) including support the execution of event plans
• Coordinate with Airport Authority and other stakeholders on traffic conditions as well as prepare event security manpower and transportation orders for event operations as well as on daily venue operation need
• Assist in monitoring the performance of Service Partners for event operations and ensure the Service Partners execute the plans up to AWE Standard and in-line with key performance indicators
• Prepare clear briefing and procedural materials for the Service Partners to ensure event requirements can be executed smoothly and in high quality standard
• Provide administrative support including purchasing and sourcing, expenditure report, office operations, logistic data, manual updates and report
• Assist in the preparation of car parking permit logistics, data analysis and report generating for mega events, etc.
• Assist in planning, upkeeping and coordination of venue wayfinding and event related signage
• Perform any ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Transport and Logistics, Business Administration, Event Management, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 - 4 years working experience with sizable organization. Experience in event planning experience particularly in traffic, logistics and/or security is an advantage
• Self-motivated, attentive to details and strong in technology applications
• Strong interpersonal skills and team player as well as able to work with people at all levels
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and Mandarin is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Power BI and Outlook
• Possess a valid HK driving license class 1 or 2 is an advantage
