What you will do:

Recruitment: 

Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and extending job offers.

Collaborate closely with clients on employee communications, manpower planning, career development, and performance management.

Maintain open lines of communication with clients and employees, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

 

HR Business Partner: 

Partner with clients to proactively assess and address workforce needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.

Develop and implement HR initiatives and projects that drive business objectives, including talent management, succession planning, and performance improvement strategies.

Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters, ensuring best practices are followed.

 

Team Leadership: 

Lead and mentor a small team in executing HR administrative duties, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Oversee the team's workload and priorities, ensuring timely and effective delivery of HR services to clients.

Foster a positive team environment that encourages creativity, accountability, and open communication.
