Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver customer satisfaction through professional service quality, including prepare proposal, quotation, and agreement for customers.

• Communicate with laboratory staff on special sample handling and test requirements, etc to ensure projects proceed in a satisfactory manner

• Assistance in ad-hoc project.

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in any subjects
• 1-2 years’ experience in customer services
• Good communication skill, outgoing and initiative
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Proficiency in Japanese is an advantage
• Higher experiences will be considered as CS Executive.
