Assists superiors to oversee the operations and practices of Hong Kong Marketing Team to achieve business objectives and in compliance with legal requirements.
Provide guidance and recommendation on market positioning, product design to achieve the best sales and marketing results
Manage sales and marketing of properties, including planning and implementation of sales and MARKETING Programmes and campaigns;
Assist in formulating marketing strategies, activities and plans for business development and enhancement.
Manage development/ production of sales and marketing materials including but not limited to sales office and show flat, advertising, promotional materials, are in compliance with the related legislations and regulations
Work closely with advertising, media, PR agencies and other related parties;
Copy writing, PR writing, social media management, marketing collateral production
Explore and developed new opportunities with external business partners.
Conduct market research and analysis on the market trend of the market
Manage budget plan, prepare appropriate reports and manage expenditure records.
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
Job Requirements
Proactive, independent, attention to details, strong in project & time management skills and a team player with positive working attitude and excellent integrity;
Excellent market sense and understanding of market in Hong Kong
Assist Marketing Director to plan and execute all marketing strategy for shopping mall
Lead a small team to plan, organize and coordinate all events including “Weekend Markets”, Fashion Show, Music Show, New Product Launch, etc
Liaise and maintain a good relationship with in-house tenants and potential clients
Ensure the smooth event operation including on-site management, helpers arrangement, etc
Knowledge of Management Services Ordinance and Building Management Ordinance
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Languages or other related discipline.
2-3 years of experience in marketing, corporate communications, event management or public relations. Agency background is a plus.
Detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility, proactive, self-motivated and willing to learn.
Work independently and able to meet deadline.
Team player with good presentation skills, details-oriented.
Good command of spoken and written skills in Chinese and English.
