Our client is a leading offshore law firm with a diverse banking & finance practice in Hong Kong. They have a highly reputable team of lawyers, and due to business needs, they are looking to add a new headcount to the team.

Description

Working in a close-knit team of Partners and Associates, you will be exposed to a wide range of banking & finance transactions relating to BVI and Cayman Islands laws. The transactions will have a focus on refinancing and restructuring of loan financing.

Profile

The preferred candidate will be a qualified lawyer with around 2-5 years of post-qualification experience working in the Banking & Finance practice of an international law firm. It is essential that the candidate is business proficient in English and Mandarin.
