We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Overnight Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team and ensure our facilities remain impeccable during the night shift.

Job Summary:

The Overnight Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee the nightly cleaning operations, ensuring all areas of the facility are maintained to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during overnight hours. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the overnight housekeeping staff.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and compliance with company standards.
• Train, mentor, and provide guidance to housekeeping team members.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints related to housekeeping services.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Complete nightly reports and communicate any issues to the management team.
• Assist with cleaning duties as needed during peak periods.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift/move equipment as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or housekeeping are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a hotel or hospitality environment
• Bilingual skills
• Familiarity with HMS, inventory management systems and MS office
