PMO/Delivery Lead (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
Our Client, a Fortune 500 firm is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring D365 CRM solutions are delivered on time and align with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end delivery of D365 CRM projects. Plan, execute, monitor, and close.
- Define project scope and deliverables.
- Stakeholder management.
- Solution delivery.
- Lead and monitor cross-functional teams
- CRM Expertise. Provide guidance on D365 including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI).
- Risk Management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Delivery Lead experience in financial services or insurance industry will be a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (liaise with multiple departments).
- English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (Verbal and Written).
