Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and design software development processes to maximize efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to implement best practices and Agile methodologies.
• Utilize data analytics to monitor process performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Document and standardize processes, ensuring alignment with industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Facilitate process improvement workshops and training sessions for team members.
• Implement automation tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Conduct root cause analysis on process inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering in the IT industry or software development.
• Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Proficiency in process mapping and improvement tools 
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
