POSITION SUMMARY

The incumbent will report to HR Manager in supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and HRIS.  Being actively involved in C&B functions for payroll calculation and prepares HR analytics for management references.  Perform talent acquisition by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the end-to-end hiring process. 



PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
 

  • Perform the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including but not limited to payroll calculation, taxation, ORSO/MPF, benefits administration, performance management and talent acquisition.
  • Prepare onboarding and off-boarding documents such as offer letters, references check, employment contracts and final payment, etc.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process of non-managerial grade
  • Handle in the work injury submission and case follow up
  • Assist in annual performance appraisal and compile analytical reports for management review
  • Prepare HR analytics & reports on a regular basis
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by manager


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
  • 3-5 years of HR experience in a sizable organization, retail industry or FMCG preferred
  • A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility, flexible, and able to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communications skills.  Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Good knowledge of employment laws and best practices
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
