Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Proprietary Trader to trade the firm's capital across global financial markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating consistent profits through discretionary and/or systematic trading strategies in equities, futures or FX markets.

Key Responsibilities Trading & Portfolio Management

• Develop and execute proprietary trading strategies using technical, quantitative, and fundamental approaches
• Manage risk exposure across multiple asset classes and trading strategies
• Optimize trade execution to minimize market impact and transaction costs

Market Analysis & Strategy Development

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trading opportunities
• Analyze market microstructure, order flow, and liquidity conditions
• Continuously refine trading strategies based on performance metrics

Risk Management

• Implement strict risk controls and position sizing rules
• Monitor portfolio exposure and adjust strategies in real-time
• Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis

Technology & Infrastructure

• Utilize advanced trading platforms and analytical tools
• Collaborate with quant teams to develop algorithmic trading strategies
• Identify and implement technology improvements to enhance trading performance

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in proprietary trading, hedge funds, or sell-side trading
• Proven track record of profitability with verifiable P&L
• Strong understanding of market microstructure and trading mechanics
• Proficiency in market analysis tools (Bloomberg, TradingView, etc.)
• Programming skills (Python, R, or C++) preferred but not required
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
