Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Quantitative Trader to develop and execute algorithmic trading strategies across equities, derivatives or FX markets. The ideal candidate will leverage quantitative models, statistical arbitrage, and machine learning to optimize trading performance while managing risk exposure.

The Role:
  • Research, development and trading of intraday or mid frequency strategies on cash equities, FX, futures, options or ETFs.
  • Research, design, and implement quantitative trading models (statistical arbitrage, market-making, HFT, or factor-based strategies).
  • Deploy and optimize algorithmic strategies in live markets, ensuring minimal latency and slippage.
  • Continuously refine models using machine learning, time-series analysis, and signal processing.
  • Monitor real-time trading performance, adjusting strategies to changing market conditions.
  • Manage risk exposure by setting limits, analyzing P&L attribution, and stress-testing strategies.
  • Optimize execution algorithms (VWAP, TWAP, smart order routing) and reduce transaction costs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in front office quant research/trading, ideally with a track record from managing your own book.
  • Proficiency in Python is required, C++ is desired.
  • Demonstrate excellent track record
  • HFT and Futures background
  • Proven experience in back testing, and developing strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
