Assist in the full recruitment cycle for both experienced and graduate hires, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and assessment
Leverage diverse sourcing methods to build & maintain a robust pipeline
Support the onboarding process, including initiating background checks, coordinating visa applications and conducting orientations for new hires
Maintain and update the company’s HR database and recruitment records
Prepare, update, and analyze various HR-related reports to support decision-making
Coordinate employee training and development programs where necessary
Assist in organizing team events and employee engagement activities where necessary
Act as the brand ambassador for Eclipse and manage candidate communications
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and best recruitment practices
Support other ad hoc projects as and when necessary
What you offer :
University graduate or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in HR or recruitment, preferably with relevant work experience with a financial institution or proprietary trading firm
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly in both written and oral forms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR systems and applicant tracking systems (e.g. Greenhouse) is a plus
A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
Excellent command of spoken and written English
