Key Responsibilities

  1. Follow up with client inquiries and complaints
  2. Handle visa application process with various government departments and consulates
  3. Provide logistical and administrative support to our overseas Nurses/Caregivers
  4. Work with the consultant team to follow up on the visa process
  5. CV screening and interview arranging between clients and overseas Nurses/Caregivers
  6. Simple book-keeping and payment status

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
  • Relevant experience is an advantage
  • Good command of Cantonese and English (spoken, written, and typing)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, detail-minded, patient, and a team player
  • General PC knowledge of MS Office (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Chinese word processing)
