Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing company, is seeking a strategic and driven FP&A Head to lead their financial planning and analysis function. The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical problem-solver with a proven track record of driving business performance through insightful financial analysis and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, collaborating with business units to develop accurate and actionable financial plans
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to senior leadership
• Partner with business units to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc financial reports and business performance reviews to senior management and stakeholders
• Drive the development and implementation of long-range strategic plans and financial models
• Continuously improve FP&A processes, systems and tools to enhance efficiency and insights

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; MBA or CPA strongly preferred
• Minimum 7 years of progressive FP&A and Big 4 experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Deep expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems and BI tools
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts to non-finance audiences
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong partnerships with business units
• Highly driven, ambitious and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset
• Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture while maintaining a hands-on approach
