Our client, a European fashion brand, is seeking a talented and energetic Design and Product Manager to oversee the end-to-end design and production process. Reporting directly to the Founder, this role requires a unique blend of creative flair, technical knowledge, and project management skills to bring innovative apparel and lifestyle products to market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring on-time delivery and quality standards
• Collaborate with the Founder and design team to develop seasonal product concepts, designs, and color palettes that align with the brand's aesthetic and target customer
• Oversee the technical design process, creating detailed specs, tech packs, and BOMs for each product
• Partner with sourcing teams to select fabrics, trims, and materials that meet design, cost, and quality requirements
• Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure smooth production processes, timely delivery, and adherence to quality and ethical standards
• Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to inform product strategies and drive continuous improvement
• Manage product budgets, timelines, and critical paths to ensure profitable and timely product launches

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textiles, or related field
• min. 5 years of relevant experience in fashion design and product management, ideally apparel or lifestyle product experience
• Strong understanding of garment construction, textiles, and manufacturing processes
• Proven track record of successful product launches from concept to delivery
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneousl
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, PLM systems, and Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel internationally to supplier and manufacturer sites as needed
• Energetic, driven, and passionate about fashion with a creative and innovative mindset
