We are looking for a friendly and welcoming Administrative Assistant to join us. Your job duties include answering phones and emails, entering information into our database, organizing files, and making copies. You will also monitor the inventory of office supplies and order more when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and handle phone calls on external enquiries at the reception area
Coordinate meetings and serve staff/ clients in a professional manner
Handle courier orders, incoming and outgoing documents, general office administrative support
Coordinate office maintenance, stationery/pantry ordering and maintain the tidiness of the conference rooms and reception area
Assist with a variety of administrative tasks
Assist in any ad hoc duties, projects and activities as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' administration related experience
Min Form 5 or above with secretarial training an advantage
Presentable and strong communication skill
Pleasant, friendly and customer service oriented
Able to work independently as well as a good team player
Abilities to multi-task and work independently
Proficient in PC skills including MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) is highly preferred
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a MUST
Immediately available is preferred
