岗位职责:
1.负责收集租户销售数据及销售分析;
2.负责协助租户经营管理,维护营业秩序,给出合理的经营提升建议,提升租户经营业绩;
3.负责商场与租户之间的各类工作协调,负责协调商场各部门协助租户经营;
4.协助租赁组做好租赁配合工作;
5.关注市场动态,定期市场调研并输出市调报告;
6.协助租户处理其他服务问题。
岗位要求:
1. 英文口语熟练,无障碍沟通交流;
2. 熟练使用Office办公软件,了解Auto CAD、Photoshop等软件;
3. 能负责正常营运,督导行为规范,处理突发事件,监督营运流程,提出改进思路;
4. 了解商业相关的各项法律、法规;
5. 熟悉商场整体运作流程,具备整体的管理控制能力及商业敏锐度。
