Responsibilities

• To ensure proper implementation of safety plans, policies and practices within a government public housing estate  
• Prepare monthly safety report and quarterly safety audit reports
• Organize safety training for staff on a regular basis
• Assist in other daily property management operations and administrative duties within the Estate
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superior

  Requirements

• Holder of Certificate in Safety Supervisor Modular Course in (a) Basic Accident Prevention or (b) Basic Occupational Health or (c) Basic Safety Management or (d) Construction Safety conducted by Occupational Safety and Health Council
• Form Five (HKCEE) or Form Six (HKDSE) or above 
• Good communication skills strong sense of responsibility
• Independent and self-initiative based
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint

 Work Location: Tuen Mun District
