Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software-related issues, including troubleshooting AV systems, computers, and printers.
Set up and configure AV systems for meetings and events, ensuring optimal functionality.
Install, maintain, and upgrade computer hardware and software as needed.
Assist users with Windows operating system, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint applications, offering guidance on best practices.
Provide basic networking support, including understanding of VLAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi connections.
Administer and manage user accounts in Active Directory (AD), Microsoft 365 (M365), MS Exchange, and SharePoint; administration experience in these platforms is a plus.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of related working experience
Proven experience in providing technical support to end-users, with a focus on AV systems setup and troubleshooting.
Solid experience working with Windows, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint applications.
Basic knowledge of networking concepts, including VLAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi.
Experience with administration in Active Directory (AD), Microsoft 365 (M365), MS Exchange, and SharePoint is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
