About the role

Mononuclear Therapeutics Limited is seeking a skilled and organised Administrative Assistant (Technical) to join our team in Sha Tin District. This full-time position will provide vital administrative and clerical support to our both office and  technical teams.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide general administrative support to both office and technical teams
  • Assist with preparing, proofreading and documenting records and reports
  • Manage and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams
  • Contribute to special projects and other ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication abilities, with the ability to liaise effectively 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Diploma or above
  • Previous experience in an administrative or technical support role
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
