Our client is a leading insurance company. In this role, you will support accounting operations by managing transaction settlements, financial reporting, and compliance activities in alignment with company policies. This role also assists in Third Party Management (TPM) reporting, administrative tasks, and IT support coordination.

Job Duties:

• Collect data and process payments for third-party fund managers in a timely manner.
• Verify invoice calculations for accuracy and compliance.
• Facilitate vendor payments through procurement systems (e.g., Ariba).
• Support Purchase Order creation to ensure adherence to internal policies.
• Prepare schedules and reports for statutory and management purposes.
• Process accounting entries and maintain investment schedules.
• Assist in regulatory filings for financial authorities (e.g., HKSFC, MPFA).
• Compile TPM reports and conduct annual vendor reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure TPM compliance.
• Provide general administrative assistance to the department.
• Coordinate IT support by raising tickets and tracking resolutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance, or part-qualified in a professional accounting body (e.g., HKICPA, ACCA).
• 5+ years in finance/accounting roles. Familiarity with Ariba or similar systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and teamwork.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
