Our client is a leading healthcare & supplement company from US. Setting a new division, they are now in search of a dynamic Sales Manager to cope with their business need and expand the markets in Hong Kong & Macau.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities, generate leads, and deliver product presentations.
Develop business proposals for corporate partners and healthcare/wellness channels like pharmacies, physios, private clinics, etc.
Build customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Plan and execute sales campaigns across marketing channels.
Collaborate with the online team on strategies to acquire customers and optimize campaigns.
Analyze campaign results and prepare accurate activity reports.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5-8 years of direct sales or B2B experience; healthcare or pharmaceutical background preferred.
Industry experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or direct selling is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals, with a strong goal-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
