Our client is a leading healthcare & supplement company from US. Setting a new division, they are now in search of a dynamic Sales Manager to cope with their business need and expand the markets in Hong Kong & Macau.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities, generate leads, and deliver product presentations.
  • Develop business proposals for corporate partners and healthcare/wellness channels like pharmacies, physios, private clinics, etc.
  • Build customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Plan and execute sales campaigns across marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with the online team on strategies to acquire customers and optimize campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign results and prepare accurate activity reports.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of direct sales or B2B experience; healthcare or pharmaceutical background preferred.
  • Industry experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or direct selling is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals, with a strong goal-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
