Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Assist in overseeing daily logistics operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products.
• Manage relationships with 3PL providers, negotiating contracts and service levels to optimize costs and performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement logistics strategies that align with business goals.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Coordinate the transportation and warehousing of goods, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Support inventory management processes, including tracking, reporting, and forecasting.
• Assist in the resolution of any logistics-related issues, providing timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to logistics operations.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a focus on 3PL management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
