Job Purpose

Design and implement advanced in-building wireless solutions, ensuring optimal network performance and seamless integration of emerging technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope, meeting client and industry standards.
 

Key Responsibilities

Technical Design & Implementation:
Conduct in-building Distributed Antenna System (DAS) design, radio planning, and link budget calculations.
Optimize coverage, capacity, and signal quality for 5G, Wi-Fi, IoT, and legacy networks.
Stay updated on emerging technologies (e.g., 5G NR, CBRS, small cells) to propose innovative solutions.

Project Coordination:
Lead end-to-end project execution, including site surveys, vendor/client coordination, and system testing.
Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring compliance with safety/regulatory standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Liaise with vendors, clients, and third parties to align technical requirements and resolve challenges.
Prepare technical documentation (e.g., design reports, as-built drawings) for stakeholders.

Qualifications

Education: Diploma/Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, IT, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in radio/mobile telecom engineering, with hands-on DAS design and RF planning.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in link budget analysis and propagation tools (e.g., iBwave, Atoll).
Strong knowledge of 5G, Wi-Fi 6/6E, IoT protocols (LoRaWAN, NB-IoT), and MAC/PHY layer fundamentals.
2–3 years of experience with BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD) for telecom infrastructure modeling.
Soft Skills: Ability to work under pressure, solve complex problems, and communicate effectively.
