We are seeking a talented individual to join our Placement team at Mercer. This role will be based in Hong Kong. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:

Yield management: Monitor actions taken by CRMs for accounts that fall below the target commission rate and assist on increase with support from insurers.

Supplemental commission: Ensure accuracy and accounts are in scope that is in accordance with agreement.

Affinity/ worksite solutions: Arrange sessions and engage in discussion on planning of items or initiatives that will aid in clients’ interest and uptake. Ensure accuracy in managers’ submission for billings.

Insurer relationship management: Engage in discussion with insurers and follow-up on action plans for deviation from SLAs.

Product development: Engage insurers on discussion in contents and methodology for successful launch of new products.

Data management: Peer review in data prepared by managers to ensure accuracy.

Facility management: Monitor on facility conversion rate and engage CRMs to understand and encourage conversions.
What you need to have:
- University degree/ diploma in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications.
- A minimum of 7-8 years' experience in working with EH&B products and related services.
- A solid understanding of the overall benefits industry, compliance requirements and trends. Strong track record in client and vendor management.
- Strong project management skills. Ability to manage project scope and deliverables independently while ensuring project completion is within budget and on time.
- Self-initiative in the insurance/ health sector and understand industry trends. Self-motivated to seek out knowledge, test ideas and ways to contribute to the team.
- Ability to build relationships by communicating, influencing and negotiating effectively with team members.
- People management skills. Foster teamwork, coach and motivate colleagues to achieve results, support attraction and retention of colleagues.
- Strong language skills in English and Cantonese. Mandarin would be a plus.
