职责Responsibilities:

• 管理住宅項目全過程設計工作，包括概念設計、招投標工作、現場施工，確保設計管理工作滿足時間和預算標準。Manage residential project interior design tasks at all stages including concept, tendering, site construction and completion etc., monitor overall management fulfill standards of time and budget.
• 與項目團隊/承包商/顧問等內部和外部各方協調, 監督及審查顧問的住宅項目裝修計劃。Coordinate with both internal & external parties including project team/ contractor/ consultant, monitoring and reviewing consultants’ fitting out plans of residential project.
• 協助項目總監和項目經理進行項目全過程管理。Assist Project Director and Project Managers throughout full-cycle of the project.

要求Requirements:

• 本科以上畢業，室内设计相關專業,具备良好設計審美及室內设计用料知識。Bachelor's degree or above in Interior Design or any related discipline. Good design ability and aesthetic, knowledge of interior details and material usage.
• 至少8年住宅室内設計/繪圖經驗，有住宅項目經驗，發展商經驗優先. Minimum 8 years working experiences in handling residential interior design details with renovation drawing and experience in residential projects, experience in developers is preferable.
• 良好的書面英語及口語；良好的中文書面表達，普通話與粵語俱佳。Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
• 熟練使用AutoCad, Sketchup, Illustrator, Photoshop以及Microsoft Office軟件。
• 良好的人際交往能力，工作細緻，具有強烈的責任心，可獨立工作。Self-motivated, pleasant, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
