The Job Role:

• Build and manage relationships with key corporate clients in Hong Kong and internationally, leveraging your existing network to uncover advertising needs with a focus on outdoor media in Central Asia (e.g., Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan). 
• Drive revenue by meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
• Craft tailored pitches and creative advertising proposals to win clients, showcasing opportunities like EV charging and petrol station screens, business district LEDs, digital media, and etc.
• Act as the bridge between clients and our Central Asia media network, ensuring seamless campaign execution and problem-solving with a customer-first mindset.
• Leverage market insights to refine our strategy—analyze competitors, gather feedback, and help optimize our offerings for maximum impact.
• Partner with Finance to streamline invoicing and secure timely payments.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of sales experience (bonus points for advertising, media, or international markets).
• Bachelor degree holder of any discipline, preferably major in marketing, advertising or related fields.
• A strong portfolio of client relationships or a proven book of business that can be tapped into for immediate impact in outdoor advertising or related industries. 
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) is highly desirable.
• Customer service oriented and proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals with confidence.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• A team player with a proactive attitude and a passion for delighting clients.
