What You’ll Be Doing?

• Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope and budget
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to define project requirements and expectations
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, risk assessments, and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions when necessary
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and improve customer satisfaction
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to innovation within the company
• Liaise with clients, government authorities, project stakeholders, and end-users for project success
• Identify risks and opportunities with mitigation strategies to maintain key project milestones and completion dates for digital solution implementation
• Handle troubleshoot emergencies, equipment problems, technical issues, organize and oversee resolutions
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with industry standards and company policies

What We’re Looking For?

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
• At least 2 years solid experience in IT development projects or facility management
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in Construction Tech or related industries
• Strong understanding of IT systems, IoT technologies, and AI-driven solutions
• Excellent problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure
• Independent and able to make strategic decisions to drive project success
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project
• Experience with Python, data analytic, or BI tools and is a plus
• Experience in communicating with Bureaux / Departments / Related Organizations is preferred
• With Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus
