About the role

Inhesion (Asia) Limited is seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Manager to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's digital and search marketing strategies to drive growth and brand awareness.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of plans
• Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, and content marketing
• Keep close track of industry news and competitor movements
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve outcomes
• Liaise and coordinate with supplies, external partners and internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of marketing plans

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a digital marketing context
• Proficient in both Japanese and Mandarin/English
• Proven experience in digital marketing, including campaign development, execution, and analysis
• Proficiency in using relevant marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising platforms)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel frequently for business trips, both domestically and internationally, as required by the role
