Role Overview:

As our Regulatory Affairs/Pharmacist Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our mission to register pharmaceutical products in the Hong Kong market. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring compliance with local regulations, managing product registrations, and maintaining a strong relationship with regulatory authorities.

By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to shape the pharmaceutical landscape in Hong Kong, enabling access to life-changing medications for patients in need.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the registration process for pharmaceutical products in Hong Kong, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines

- Prepare and submit the necessary documentation for product registrations, including dossiers, clinical data, labelling information, and safety reports - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as R&D, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing, to gather required information and ensure regulatory compliance

- Conduct thorough research on local regulatory requirements, monitoring changes and updates to ensure ongoing compliance for registered products

- Maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities, responding to queries and providing necessary information in a timely manner

- Keep abreast of emerging industry trends and regulatory developments, providing valuable insights and recommendations to the director

Requirements:

- Graduation in Pharmacy or a related field; advanced certificates, diplomas, degrees or certifications are highly desirable

- Proven experience in Regulatory Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in product registrations in Hong Kong

- Strong knowledge of Hong Kong regulatory requirements and guidelines related to pharmaceuticals

- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and regulatory authorities
