Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple key accounts for beauty sector.
• Collaborate with retail chains and principals to implement strategies aimed at achieving business objectives, including sales targets, gross margins, and volume goals.
• Create sales forecasts and propose actionable plans to meet sales targets.
• Assess the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor sales activities, promotional campaigns, and product displays in chain stores to ensure optimal performance.
• Plan and execute sales promotions, new product listings, in-store activities, and marketing events in collaboration with key accounts.
• Prepare and deliver reports and proposals to business partners.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in FMCG, with a focus on key account management or trade marketing, preferably within the beauty sector.
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and results driven.
• Strong numerical aptitude, coupled with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel (including Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint.
• Immediate availability is a significant advantage.
• Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for the role of Senior Trading Marketing Executive.
