Job Overview 

This role supports the Finance team in maintaining smooth financial operations from our Central Support Office. We assist with maintaining business records, verifying invoices and statements, and performing financial analyses with data across Swire Hotels. This role is ideal for individuals who are meticulous, value hands-on experiences, and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Maintain accurate and timely financial & operating information
• Assist the Accountant in daily accounting operations
• Assist in invoices/statements verification
• Prepare & Create manual and computerised records
• Contribute to other ad-hoc projects

Requirements

• Undergraduate students from Year 1 to Year 4
• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Excellent command in verbal & written English & Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
