Our Client, is a Top leading bank with strong branch network in Hong Kong, currently they are seeking for suitable candidates to fit their post of Bank Teller/ Customer Service Officer/ Operation officer trainee in their retail banking sector.

 Responsibilities:

•  Handlings counter transaction for cash, cheque, FX and referral.
•  Provide customer enquiries with high quality service
•  Promote the banking products to customer and refer to suitable persons
•  Manage ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

•  5 subjects passed in HKCEE / HKDSE with Chinese/ English and Mathematics subjects or above is advantage
•  University degree with Finance, Economic or Accounting is advantage
•  Fresh graduates are also welcome
• Detail-oriented and good communication skills
• Willing to work under pressure and meet expectations
• Good command in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
