Responsibilities

• Handle calls received by the Repair Call Centre or Building Defects Repair Call Centre or Building Defects Reporting Centre and other duties as assigned;
• Ad hoc tasks assigned as request.

Requirements

• Have Level 2 or equivalent or above in at least 5 subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination, or equivalent or
• Have Level 2 / Grade E or above in at least 5 subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B), in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or equivalent; 
• Conversant with the application of computer software Microsoft "Word' and 'Excel' and capable of typing 30 English words per minute and 20 Chinese characters per minute.
  (d)Have a minimum of 1 year of working experiences in customer services as accepted by the Service Manager. Or;
• Have a minimum 3 years of working experiences in Repair Call Centre as accepted by the Service Manager;
• Fluent in speaking Cantonese and English; and; 
• Conversant with the application of computer software Micros oft "Word' and 'Excel' and capable of typing 30 English words per minute and 20 Chinese characters per minute; 
• Immediate available is preferred.
