We are now looking for a talented Senior Manager, Residential Marketing to be part of our dynamic team based at our headquarters in One Island East. Reporting to the Head of Residential Marketing, the incumbent is responsible for formulate and implement marketing strategies for Hong Kong residential projects while supporting initiatives in the Chinese Mainland and Southeast Asia. He / She will work in Hong Kong with occasional business travel subject to the project needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Formulate and implement marketing strategies primarily for Hong Kong residential development. Support projects in the Chinese Mainland and Southeast Asia.
• Focus on branding, advertising, publicity, exhibition, and showflat design and production coordination.
• Liaise with external consultants and contractors, as well as various agencies and internal parties, to oversee the design and construction of showflats, sales offices, and related materials.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in marketing or business-related discipline
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a marketing related field such as advertising, public relations, or event management, preferably in property industry. Overseas marketing experience is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong organizational ability and supervisory skills
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure
• Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills
• Flexible and able to manage changing requirements and environmental factors
• Occasionally business travel
