Requirements

• Degree or Diploma holder in Construction Management or equivalent
• At least 5 years solid experience in project management of large scale interior fitting out works
• Experienced in fitting-out of retail, clubhouse, residential, offices and hotels
• Mature, proactive, responsible and have good communication skills
• Able to work under pressure such as tight schedule
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong technical and problem solving skills
• Experienced in handling sub-contractors and contractual documents preparation is an advantage
• Competent use of all types of computer software, e.g. Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD etc.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager

Job Duties
   

• Responsible for overall coordination and management of projects, organize work
• coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, vendors and designers to ensure project effectiveness
• High caliber to handle project, strategy planning & cost forecasting independently
• Control project costs and site progress under tight schedule
• Supervise technical, contractual and commercial issue of assigned projects
• Prepare for ad hoc duties throughout the project
