Assistant Human Resources Officer
Responsibilities:
- Assist full spectrum of recruitment processes, including job postings, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Assist to handle staff movements including internal transfer and staff separation
- Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain HR records and staff database
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required
- Perform other ad hoc assignments upon request
Requirements:
- Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably within the construction industry
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Skilled in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Hong Kong labor laws and HR best practices
- Energetic, flexible and good problem-solving abilities
- Enjoy working in mixed cultural environment
- Fresh graduates are also welcomed
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as HR Assistant
