About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our finance team at CF Capital Group Limited, a leading financial services firm based in Sheung Wan, Central and Western District. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial accounting and reporting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial records and compliance with all relevant regulations.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
• Ensure compliance with all applicable financial and accounting regulations, including the maintenance of accurate and complete financial records
• Providing guidance and support to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the finance department
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and supportdecision-making processes
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls and accounting policies and procedures
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Accounting Manager role, preferably in the financial services industry
• Excellent knowledge of financial accounting principles, practices, and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financialdata and provide meaningful insights
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance
• A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independentlyand prioritise effectively
