• Coordinate with customers and workshop mechanics & foreman closely to ensure all maintenance works are being attended efficiently
• Handle customer enquiries in professional manner to ensure excellent customer experience
• Provide administrative and clerical support to department

You’ll be a Great Talent, if you are/have…

• 2 years or above experience in customer service, experience in automotive industry is highly preferred
• HKCEE/ DSE or above; Dip in Automotive Engineering / Technology is preferred
• Proactive, attentive to details and pleasant personality
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Possess a valid HK driving license with Class 1 & 2
• Immediate available is preferred
