• Assist line Manager in planning, directing, and coordinating digital projects to ensure they are delivered in alignment with business goals and project objectives
• Manage mobile application-related development projects
• Act as a liaison between internal & external stakeholders included by not limited to: business user, IT team, design team, vendors, etc.
• Create & Deliver user stories (include UXUI), acceptance criteria, detailed specifications, & UAT test case for new features and enhancements.
• Actively track and follow up the progress of projects to ensure milestones are being achieved and major issues are being flagged to the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and understanding.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) based on business requirements & SIT test case to ensure that deliverables meet the acceptance criteria
• Support ad-hoc digital project when required
  
  

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Digital Business, or other related disciplines.
• Proven experience in managing IT development projects (with Mobile app experience will be an edge) with user-centric/ design thinking mindset
• Proven successful track records of project management and delivery on time and in good quality
• Experience in leading digital transformation as well as hands-on experience in driving digital initiatives are preferred
• A minimum of 6 years' relevant working experience.
• Holder of Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification/Serum master will be an edge but not a must
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua Is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office applications Word, Excel and PowerPoint
