General

Job Description:

The role will use data, statistical, and analytical tools to support all aspects of sourcing, including sourcing, costing, and logistic data. He/she will perform cost/market/performance analysis on suppliers for business decisions.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the cross-functional teams internally and the suppliers externally
  • Collecting and interpreting data relevant to the business.
  • Maintain databases and ensure accuracy, completeness, and data availability.
  • Generate the supplier spend report including data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Reporting findings and data insights to relevant stakeholders.
  • Research and analyze the costs, rates and trending reports to support identifying cost-saving opportunities through data analysis.
  • Develop and produce analysis and reporting for productivity/cost savings calculations, departmental dashboards, KPIs, targets/goals, efficiency and effectiveness measures, and other metrics.
  • Working closely with management and teammates to identify their information and support the analysis needs.
  • Creating customized data reports, charts or visualizations to present findings effectively.
  • Other ad hoc projects and presentations as assigned.

Required Qualifications Experience

  • Degree Holder in business, statistics, finance or related discipline.
  • 5 years experience in data analysis experience with a preference for working with supplier / souring data.
  • Expert proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Google Data Studio.
  • Strong data analysis skills to support the monitor set-up and result measurement
  • Strong in user communication and insight delivery/business planning.
  • Collaborative team player, self-motivated initiative, able to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multi-cultural environments.
  • Strong project management, communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

The primary responsibilities of the position are set out as above. Employee is expected to fulfil all the responsibilities of the position and any other responsibilities that may be reasonably requested by Spin Master from time to time. Primary responsibilities and the title of the position may be varied by Spin Master during the employment and regardless of any such variation whether by agreement with employee.
