Job Overview:

As the Head of Cloud Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and executing our cloud strategy, leading a team of cloud professionals, and ensuring successful delivery of cloud solutions to our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and best practices in cloud computing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development : Define and implement the cloud practice strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
• Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and manage a team of cloud architects, engineers, and consultants to deliver high-quality cloud solutions.
• Client Engagement : Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored cloud solutions that drive value.
• Solution Design : Oversee the design and implementation of cloud architectures, ensuring they meet industry standards and best practices.
• Partnership Management : Build and maintain relationships with cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and other technology partners.
• Thought Leadership : Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies and trends, and share insights with clients and internal teams.
• Project Oversight : Manage cloud projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Performance Metrics : Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of cloud initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in cloud computing, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud architecture principles.
• Proven experience in managing cloud transformation projects and leading teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
