Responsibilities:

1. Participate in user acceptance testing for accounting system implementations and improvements relating to new or existing products and services.
2. Assist the Senior Manager to design accounting booking of new products & services and ensure it is align with HK accounting standards
3. Propose enhancements to increase operational efficiency and control effectiveness by simplifying, automating and standardizing accounting activities.
4. Participate in developing and maintaining accounting procedure manual
5. Handle annual, interim statutory reporting and tax-related matters
6. Assist the Senior Manager in handling ad hoc tasks and assessing potential financial impacts to the Bank

Requirements:

1. Minimum 4 years in Finance / accounting area with some banking sector experience
2. Bachelor’s degree in accountancy
3. Resourceful, ability to work well with team members and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline
4. Problem solver, good analytical and numeric skills
5. Fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua and English
6. Familiar with accounting standards
