As part of the iX Experience Design & Marketing Platform Practice, the role is responsible for manging the developed digital experiences deployed at various venues.
Your Role And Responsibilities
Manage, maintain and ensuring the healthiness of various digital applications and experiences in production
Troubleshoot and maintain configurations and/or scripts for deployment and starting executables
Monitor system performance, escalate application and/or hardware issues to designated contact points
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with end-users on issue identification, mitigation and workarounds
Document and maintain procedures for issue resolution
Provide stand-by and ad-hoc support at non-office hours
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Diploma or Higher Diploma graduate, preferably in Information Technology or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
Good command in both spoken and written English
Good command in spoken Cantonese and Mandarin
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
Experienced in digital kiosk IT solutions is an absolute advantage
Knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language) for database querying
Good technical skill on Windows and mobile applications
