Program Manager - Primary School Science Education

Reporting into the team Head, the Program Manager will be responsible for developing, managing and implementing training and capacity building programs to enhance science teaching and learning in Primary Schools.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation, management and improvement of the program focused on science teaching in primary schools.
• Manage the execution of events, publicity and promotional activities, enhancing the awareness and impact of the program.
• Build a community, partnerships and networks with key stakeholders and program partners.
• Work on reporting, budget monitoring, and communications.
• Work on general administrative duties, provide support on project governance implementation, monitoring, evaluating and reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of professional experience in the education sector.
• Preferred: Experience in leading/managing science education programs.
• Demonstrated experience of managing projects.
• Excellent writing proficiency in Chinese and English, heavy reporting required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Strong passion in charity work and community services.

Candidates with less years of experience will be considered as Assistant Managers.
