Job Summary

You will join the Treasury team and collaborate with senior leadership to enhance the Treasury function, manage core cash operations, and contribute to strategic initiatives. This role requires adaptability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, a proactive approach to embracing new responsibilities, and a commitment to leveraging technology and process improvements. Ideal candidates will demonstrate organisational skills, initiative, and the ability to grow into expanding responsibilities.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare accurate cash flow reports and forecasts to ensure liquidity for business needs

• Support foreign exchange management and cash investment strategies

• Administer Standby Letters of Credit and bank guarantee processes

• Maintain global banking structure activities, including account openings/closures, KYC, and signatory modifications

• Perform security administration tasks for bank portals and Treasury systems

• Conduct bank fee reviews and variance analyses, proposing actionable recommendations

• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Tax, and other teams for timely updates

• Lead or support Treasury-related projects and ad hoc assignments

What you need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of corporate treasury experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic environment

• Self-motivated team player with sound decision-making skills

• Experience managing multiple priorities under deadlines, with a focus on process improvement

• Strong English and Mandarin communication skills (Cantonese proficiency is a plus)

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
